Phase 2; Day 4

Well there’s no doubt about it, this stuff works.

Starting weight: 138
Weight after loading days:140
Day 2: 136
Day 3: 133.6
Today: 131.8

This puts me at a net weight loss of 6.2 lbs. If you include the weight that I gained on the loading days, then I’ve lost a total of 8.2 lbs. Craziness! There have been a few times that I struggled. On Phase 2 Day 1, I went to a friends house and watched them all eat cookies and drink wine, while I drank my water and ate cucumbers. Day 2 I worked (I waitress at a pub & restaurant  and it was very difficult not to pick. I drank 2 glasses of green tea and had cucumbers again. Last night, I went to the mall with my boyfriend where he got coldstone ice cream. Ice cream is my FAVORITE. It was VERY hard not asking for a bite. Instead, I got a coffee from starbucks.

I realized that I can swap the times that I eat my dinner and snack, which I think will be very beneficial because nighttime is the time that I struggle most with food. Having strawberries with stevia on top is something to look forward to and will help me get through this. At this rate, I will be at my goal weight in no time!

I definitely already notice a huge difference. I’m back to the average weight that I normally am, and it feels so refreshing. I didn’t take measurements, but I’m taking photos. If I’m under 130 tomorrow, I will be one HAPPY girl!

24 days to go (27 if you count the 3 days after phase 2). I’m so happy that I will be on maintenance by the time it’s valentine’s day!

 

Side note– the first 2 days on phase 2, I did have a pretty bad headache for the majority of the day. Yesterday and today have been fine though!
